Payment:

All payments are made through bank transfer and must be done as instructed. A £15 non-refundable deposit to be paid prior to the shoot to secure the date, ( this is included in the fee of the shoot not an extra) if the shoot needs to be rescheduled due to weather, illness etc the deposit can be moved to a new date.

 

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel their booking with at least 5 working days notice. Cancellations made after this timeframe will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, if this occurs, we are sorry that we were not able to facilitate your shoot 

 

Copyright and usage:

All images and videos captured remain the property of Dorset Hoofprint Media. Clients are able to use our photos and/or videos for personal use but may not sell or distribute the content without our consent. We reserve the right to use any captured content for promotional purposes. The photographer will charge the publisher of those photos according to the 1988 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act. 

 

Liability:

We are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that may impact the delivery of our services, such as equipment failure or weather conditions.

 

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and will strictly not share personal information with anyone else.

 

Behaviour:

Aggression, harassment or other unacceptable behaviour towards us will result in not receiving photography or film and you will not be able to view our services.

 

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Applicable Law:

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
